Pencil in resources (books, movies, documentaries, TV shows, magazines, etc) under On Hand or Purchase/Borrow. Include page numbers (for reading or copy work) or library return dates. Check off when acquired. Create spelling list as you work through the lessons documenting misspelled words.

Pencil in  the name of the lesson and the number of “chunks” of information needed. This will help you choosing booklets.
